a ton of cs0246 errors on scripts that arent even mine, that happened out of nowhere

these errors started happening out of the blue and have nothing to do with anything i did. I have re-installed unity 3 times, re-installed standard assets each time as well, deleted the standard assets folder, and even then it still doesnt work because then it just shows the errors for a different asset folder, which it didnt before.

can anybody tell me what is going on here? these errors only happen when i try to build.

Which version of Unity are you using? Which platform are you targeting?

SceneManagement namespace is quite "recent".

And you will find several questions about the problem MonoBehaviour cannot be found

2017.2, targeting pc x86/64.
