360 video to oculus using unity,VR Video to Oculus Rift using Unity

I have multiple 360 degree videos created in Final Cut PRO.

I want to create a Unity Menu to run on the Oculus Rift for navigation.

Whats the best way build the unity file and get it onto the oculus? I have 360 degree videos created in Final Cut PRO.

I want to house them on a computer and use Oculus Rift for people to view.

What is the best way to build a menu in Unity to navigate the multiple videos.

And how do I get the Unity Menu exported into the Oculus Rift computer.
