Parent-Child axial reference problem

Hello I've found a problem with the Objects' axial reference. If I set a first Object as a child of a second Object, this will move is axial reference toward the child's.

As you can see when I set the cube as parent of the capsule, It change is axial reference... This is an annoying problem, there's a way to prevent it?
