Separate IL2CPP download?

I am attempting to set up a Unity development environment on my work laptop to facilitate HoloLens development. However, because of our company firewall settings I can't use the Unity Download Assistant. Building for the HoloLens requires the IL2CPP backend, which I can't find outside of the download assistant.

Is the backend available as a separate download, or is there some way I could pull it off of a computer that isn't behind a company firewall?

Yes, where is this? It used to be on the archive page of downloads, no longer is.

I'm sick of downloading everything twice. Would much prefer to download once and copy across local network.
