Cant Change lighting/scene variables,Cant Change Lighting Properties

i Cant Change variables in Lighting/Scene at all. on top of that since i tried changing intensity multiplier i have been getting Error(SerializedObject target has been destroyed. UnityEngine.GUIUtility:ProcessEvent(Int32, intptr)). also w$$anonymous$$le trying to get ANYTHING to change i have managed to remove "Light Source" reference by deleting gameobject. now cant get it back into reference slot. to clarify: i can change variables in Lighting/Scene But they are reset everytime i click Play. Also the Error now occures on Every new (Or old) project i create. Heres the link to Image Here PS. w$$anonymous$$le i was taking screenshots i noticed that the the error (same) is given w$$anonymous$$le w$$anonymous$$le i hover/scroll with my mouse over the Lighting Window(about 4 time per batch of errors), howerver the errors dont Happen at all w$$anonymous$$le The Lighting Window is not visible in sidebar(Had inspector instead of it).
