Low FPS on PC,Low FPS on 1080p

Hi, i am new in Unity but i make very nice scene, i try game on my PC - gtx 660 and if i set 1080p i get very low fps, i send to friend with gtx 960 and maybe get maybe better but still very low fps, when i remvoe lights from scene, fps going better but still low, any idea how to optimize scene and what is important for "normal" fps? like 30?

I look some statistics, i removed all effect scripts, custom sky and etc, and there is some problem with big building (my friend make this model, and there is a lot of parts, and i put textures, when i look this building i got almost 6.5k draw cells :/

and i forget to say that, when i build and load game, on my and other computes need 3-4 $$anonymous$$s to load it :/ this is no really big scene and build (about 600 mb) i make only scene for video and etc
