Unity Crashes when baking lighting.

I'm having a BIG problem with unity right now. I can't bake my lighting because whenever I do, the program crashes. It crashes because of Reflection probes. It also happens on any project on every recent version (all 2017 and 2018 versions). I can't find out how to fix it. I tried uninstalling all my unity projects but it didn't fix anything. I'm running on windows 10. It gives a this warning.

I tried to reimport the package but it crashes as soon as it starts to import. I can't do anything with lighting because of this. I got the asset to import but I still cannot bake lighting without it crashing. Does anyone have an answer?
