Manual add a Extension to unity Assertion failed

Hi,

In my editor menu "Edit->Modules" i have a empty window(add a image for that) so i add a extension into the unity editor path manualy. when i open he unity editor this error show up in console. Assertion failed: Extension "C:\*\*.dll" was not registered, that means it relies on default UnityExtensions settings, please register extension and apply necessary settings for it in the callback.

Extention work fine with our any error but what can i do with this error? alt text

I think adding the extension manually might not work (who knows what other internal setup is needed). I recommend that you re-install Unity with the required modules (see this answer for similar issue).
If this doesn't solve it, could you post what version of Unity do you use? And what is your build target? I ask this, because there seems to be a bug since Unity 5.5, and it might be related.

I have this issue for 3 version of unity, at first i think this version is not working, so i install new version "2017.4.1f1" and same problem there. at this time i have issue on "2018.1" too. mybuild target tesed is Android and Windows Stand alone. at the end i mention that i have only issue with the Assert Failed ... $$anonymous$$essage, extention work very well

Sorry, I don't know much about the $$anonymous$$odule $$anonymous$$anager. All I could find recommended closing Unity and deleting Temp/ and Library/ folders. But I think this won't help in your case...
