Problem with targeted .net framework in latest unity

Hello,

I have a problem when I try to load a solution in visual studio community with .net framework 4.6 and up. I have windows 10 and latest .net framework, which means older versions are supported too and I get this message: alt text

As you can see it always wants me to change the target framework to "Net Framework 4.6.1" rather than "NetFramework,Version=v4.6.1" (which is the same version but different name??). It is like the net framework version has wrong name - did anyone have this problem? I cannot load projects in visual studio, I am in a loop with this error.

Ok after many hours of uninstall, reinstall .net frameworks, one thing worked - installing the specific NETFramework 4.6.1 SDK. Runtime was not enough and latest SDK was not enough - in case someone has this problem.
