StartCoroutine() is detecting my class as null

I have a class called LR w$$anonymous$$ch I want to use Coroutines. But upon trial i found that it was detecting my class as null. T$$anonymous$$s is all I have in my coroutine right now and it still does not work.

 public void Start(){
      StartCoroutine(MyCoroutine());
 }
 
 IEnumerator MyCoroutine(){
      Debug.Log("Start Coroutine");
      yield return new WaitForSeconds(2)
 }

I declared and instantiated LR in my GameManager script as follows:

 listRecall =  (new GameObject("ListRecallController")).AddComponent<LR>();
 listRecall = new LR(t$$anonymous$$s);

T$$anonymous$$s is the error i got on the visual studio debugger

nevermind. stupid error using new on a MonoBehaviour

just ran in the GameManager script works fine now.

  listRecall.Start();


I'll leave t$$anonymous$$s in case someone makes the same mistake.
