playing audio from a video clip

Sorry if you have answered t$$anonymous$$s question many times, but I'm overwhelmed with possibilities of t$$anonymous$$s forum and cant find my way.

Issue: On a 360 video scene, the video has sound in it but is not playing it. How to set up the video player so I can least the audio from a clip. And if it still not playing, what should I check....beside for unmute:)
