InputField's OnValidateInput bug?

First, I'm sorry I don't speak English well.

in InputField API, Exist OnValidateInput

I used OnValidateInput for get now insert char.

this delegate work well in computer, but this delegate doesn't work well in android.

this delegate work once at computer, but at android, it works repeat as InputField's text length.

this is bug? I use 2018.1.1f1 version
