Help with connecting achievements to their respective stores.

Hey guys, I've picked up a project after a couple other guys and am having trouble finding what is wrong with the achievements system. It seems that the code related to the game is find, the in game notification for achievement unlocked pops up when the parameters are met, however on their respective stores >oculus, steam, vive< they no longer seem to make the connection. I think an access code or something may be missing, is there a place in unity or the particular sdks for these stores where you connect your game?
