WhiteScreen on Unity.

Im very new to Unity.I just downloaded it today,but when i first started it up,there was nothing but a white screen.I moved the window abit and started seeing the layout,but it was so glitchy like the bars were overlapping each other,i have tried overriding the high DPI scaling behaviour but it was still the same as of right now i am still unable to find a solution

Ermm, sadly, that isn't something I have experienced, so I don't know if I can be of much help, but to clarify the question, when you try to start Unity, is it the little project selection window that is white or do you manage to get in to Unity's actual editor and then it's white?
