GameObject Over GUI

Hello everyone!

It's a simple question!

I'm trying to put gameobject over GUI in the screen(I mean, GameObject is in front of GUI).

Can anyone tell me how I can achieve this?~

Thanks in advance!

If by "GUI" you mean GUITextures and GUIText, then you can make 3D objects appear on top by using another camera and the appropriate culling masks. i.e., one camera than renders the 3D object on top of the camera rendering the GUI.

I needed to this but with UnityGUI and without a RenderTexture (i.e., Unity Pro). You can call camera.Render at the end of an OnGUI() call. If done carefully, there shouldn't (?) be too big a performance hit (i.e., not letting Unity draw the camera before OnGUI and using culling masks/layers).

Can u provide some more information and explanation . How to draw 3d object on a screen which is full of GUI.DrawTexture . GUI.DrawTexture is covering the entire screen and on top of that screen i want to draw 3D object .

There is no way to do that, but you can try using a RenderTexture.
