Facial Mapping

@EnoxSoftware I am referring to the FaceChanger/CVVTuberExample . I want to replace a 3d model's face with my face through the webcam texture. How can I achieve this ?

I have a commerical project using ULsee. The lite version in asset store is affordable. The tracking is okay. User can rotate their head a little bit without ridiculous offset. it can handle extreme lighting. it can handle different color skin. it can handle glasses. But because it's lite version so it only returns 1 face, and it's quite problematic when there are audiences behind the user. I need to use third party program to chop the webcam image so that ULsee won't detect people outside the viewport. The pro version can return multi people, but it's quite expensive.

If you need higher quality, you can try visageSDK, i feel the tracking is better and it returns more face points. However the price is really expensive. You can ask them for a trial version which only works for 1 minute.

I tried the OpenCV unity plugin too. But i don't feel the performance is good. Also, it's easier to lose the tracking. Rotate your head a little bit and the tracking points fly away from your face and never come back. Also you need to get used to the OpenCV when you programming.

@adarshnambiar FaceTrackerARExample in FaceTrackerExample can display AR objects on the face. https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/templates/tutorials/facetracker-example-35284 alt text

@EnoxSoftware Thanks for your reply! I am actually looking to use an image ( which has user's face) and then map that to a 3d face model. Is that possible ?
