Connect to the Google leaderboard

I cannot connect to the Google leaderboard on some phones, which are Sony Z1 (5.1.1), Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X (7.0), LG G6 (8.0) and etc.. The number in the parentheses are Android OS. But On some phones, such as Galaxy Note FE,,, the connection is easily made.

I use this code for it. public static string leaderboardUI = "Cgk****QAA"; ...... PlayGamesPlatform.Instance.ShowLeaderboardUI(leaderboardUI);

I wonder if it depends on phones. If so, how can I fix this? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
