when i download sdk tools for windows 7 ultimate 64 bit i have problem

when i download sdk tools for windows 7 ultimate 64 bit i have problem when i extract winrar folder manegeer.exe not view in the folder extract all folder view accept sdk mangeer.exe ,emulator-check.exe ,emulator.exe any exe file in the folder no view

u are write when i install Android stodio development tools ask me to install sdk tools when i download sdk tools from google rar file when i extract and open the folder all this file not view mangeer.exe ,emulator-check.exe ,emulator.exe any exe file

Start with the Android Studio installer. It is a full development IDE, and it installs everything else you'll need for you. Unity will only use the development tools the Studio installs, so you get more than you need for Unity, but from what I sense by your post that's going to be the best straight forward way to get that installed.
