Any way to Switcht platform and build the apk. on time?

I want to create a windows platform to a client, allowing him to modify the content and after compiling a new Android .apk. Is possible to do something like this with Unity?

you mean ship the client an editor like version and from his changes made create an android apk?

It very much depends on what content will be added/modified. Is it just text? Images? Or something more involved, like 3D objects/meshes and/or materials? If it's the latter, Resources.Load may be the Unity API solution, but you'd have to build a custom infrastructure to support it, like known file/URL paths, and constraints on content parameters (such as shaders, scale, etc).

What type of content do you want to the client to be able to add/customize?

It's basically an AR cosntructor based con UI buttons. Something like:

Firts select image target, then select if you want a video, image or 3D object.

I'm going to use EasyAR to this purpose.
