Bake only AO into lightmaps + using unlit shaders

Hey, creating a static, cartoony looking scene that will be using unlit materials for that typical diffuse look. However, I'd also like to bake a really high quality AO into the light maps of the assets so the corners of the room don't look so bright. If there was a voxel based real time ao i'd use that, but ssao has too many edge cases that result in it look kinda bad. Any way I can get this to work? I'm only an artist, so I can't really do a custom shader, unless it's shader graph, which I don't like is gonna let me do what I want. Thanks for the help
