can i add extra button in project editor window to add extra functions with editor script ?

I Want to create Custom project window to add buttons for create folder,material,script and much more. Can with editor scripting or is there any other way.

Sorry but this question is too unspecific. Most of the built in editor windows can't really be manipulated. Some of them have support to change tiny aspects of the functionality.

Most larger editor frameworks (like Antares Universe) usually roll their own way to handle most things.
