Newly Added Models Getting Bleached Out

Researched this as much as possible and couldn't find anything that came remotely close to this. I purchased some models and they are in FBX format. Whenever I go through and add them to Unity, they get bleached out if the directional light turned on. The textures are all there, but you can't barely see them as they quickly get whited out.

The items I've received that are packed as a Unity package aren't experiencing the same issue, only when they are being imported as an FBX. I've tried putting them in the Assets folder before launching Unity and also while it was running, but no difference. This doesn't happen with all models though. I've installed plenty FBX files before with no issue.

The issue goes away completely when the directional light is turned off, but it is obviously going to be needed for the game when it is running. Any suggestions on what I need to look at to fix this?

Thanks for the help! Normally I hate asking for help and prefer to figure this stuff out on my own, but it has me stumped (plus I'm not a modeler).
