Upgrade asset bundle from Unity 5.5 to Unity 2017.9

Good morning,

I would like to know if there is a way to upgrade the assets bundle from unity 5.5 to a built in in unity 2017.9, I have two applications, one build in Unity 2017.9 and one build in Unity 5.5 and I setup my 3d model with asset bundle.

I want to upgrade my first app in 2017.9 but I have a lot of issues with the asset bundles (materials fading or crashing, sometimes don't support at all asset bundle, etc). So i wanted to extract all my assets bundle in Unity 5.5 and upgrade them all in Unity 2017.9. But I can't figure out how to get the previous asset states from the asset bundle, is there an existant build-in function or a way to do it properly? I have around 10000 asset bundle and I don't want to make it manually.
