360 stereo video double vision

Hello!

I have a problem in which I see double vision when trying stereoscopic rendering. I am using AVPro to play the stereo but it seems like the pictures doesn't overlap as they should. I have tried adjusting IPD etc but nothing removes it. Do you have any clue how to make stereo video rendering work?

I recorded 360 panorama stereo from Unitys own recorder and I play it up with AVPro. I tried another way to record but I get the same result. Using Oculus Rift.
