Project goes lysergic in the build

The project looks fine when played inside unity. But when the build is made, it looks like this. Removing the Reflection Probes “fix” the problem. But i can’t leave the game without reflections. Has anyone seen this before? I’ve removed all scripts, plugins and custom shaders. Any help is welcome.

It’s been some time. Still, nobody seems to deal with a similar problem or have any clue of the real reason of why it happens. In this case, in the end, i “solved” by removing smoothness and metallic textures form the materials in two different atlas. I think the real problem was related to the use of atlas and baked GI.
What it seems odd to me, is that nobody has reported something similar, and never found any info about.
While removing these textures was a solution, it’s something that can’t be done always. That’s why I’m still interested in finding the real source of the problem. Any help, idea or similar problem would be appreciated.
