Hello. I've just made sth what i can call house in Blender, but the question is why is light falls down on it not correctly ?(look through these pictures) alt text

Is the problem in bad configured light? Or lightmap in Blender? If so, how to fix it and without dissolving edges, because these are last ones, without them faces will dissapear? What can I do at all?
