Black lines as a UI elements

Question

I see in scene view Black lines as a UI elements alt text but in the Game scene i can see them normally anyone knows how to fix this?

Immediately underneath the Scene View tab, you can choose how you view the scene. Normally, it would be the very first option (Shaded), but instead, you have Wireframe selected.
