Slider doesn't visualize right values after scene change

Hello. I am having a problem when I am trying to visualize the value of a slider on other scenes. The value itself is as I want it to be however, the problem is that the sliders don't visually update. In other words, let's say that the value of our slider right now is var value = -10, when we change the scene and update the slider.value with Slider.value = value and I have checked with Debug.log in the console that value is still equal to -10 and the slider will show its default value of let's say 0. So the problem probably isn't in the value and way I store it but in the slider or my script of changing value of the slider. I have tried keeping value in a static field, changing slider.value in update function and other things (I don't even remember now) but nothing helped with the actual slider.

     private void Start()
         {
             audioMixer.SetFloat("sfxVolume", PlayerPrefs.GetFloat("sfxVol"));
             audioMixer.SetFloat("musicVolume", PlayerPrefs.GetFloat("musicVol"));

             sfxSlider.value = PlayerPrefs.GetFloat("sfxVol");
             musicSlider.value = PlayerPrefs.GetFloat("musicVol");
         }
    public void SetSfxVol(float sfxVol) //taking data from slider change
     {
         audioMixer.SetFloat("sfxVolume", sfxVol);
         PlayerPrefs.SetFloat("sfxVol", sfxVol);
     }

     public void SetMusicVol(float musicVol) //taking data from
     {
         audioMixer.SetFloat("musicVolume", musicVol);
         PlayerPrefs.SetFloat("musicVol", musicVol);
     }

     private float musicVol()
     {
         float value;
         bool result = audioMixer.GetFloat("musicVolume", out value);
         if (result)
         {
             return value;
         }
         else
         {
             return 0f;
         }
     }

     public float sfxVol() //making a var from slider value
     {
         float value;
         bool result = audioMixer.GetFloat("sfxVolume", out value);
         if (result)
         {
             return value;
         }
         else
         {
             return 0f;
         }
     }

     private void OnDestroy()  //saving data
     {
         print("MUSICVOL: " + musicVol());
         PlayerPrefs.SetFloat("musicVol", musicVol());
         PlayerPrefs.SetFloat("sfxVol", sfxVol());
     }

     private void OnApplicationQuit()  //saving data
     {
         PlayerPrefs.SetFloat("musicVol", musicVol());
         PlayerPrefs.SetFloat("sfxVol", sfxVol());
     }

 }`

Thanks in advance for any help! I am really struggling with this one.

PS: Beginner with unity so sorry if something is off in the code PSS: Sorry for confusing question
