How to load a webpage using PowerUI for Android Platform [VR]

Basically! I'm trying to load this webpage in my VR Application i.e https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Husky . It works perfectly fine on editor when I hit the play button. But when I Build and Run on my phone, it displays the plane [attached "Flat In World UI (script)"] but gives an error - 419 error cannot load the webpage. So is there a fix?

P.s: if not, can anyone recommend a way to display a webpage inside Unity on a plane with few clickables? Cannot afford to buy assets.
