Is TextureFormat.RFloat unsupported in Unity 2018.x.x on Android Platform?

texture = new Texture2D(width, height, TextureFormat.RFloat, false,false); texture.LoadRawTextureData(testPtr, width height sizeof(float));

testPtr is a IntPtr from CPP side

in Unity 2017, we can get value of testPtr from the texture in Shader ,but in Unity 2018, it doesn't work
