Is There a Way to Update Old Software or Download an Installer Outside of UnityHub?

I have issues with internet connection where I am. I was able to download and use Unity 2018.2.2f1 via an installer file because whenever my connection got interrupted, it would save the progress and let me resume download. However, it now says that it is out of date and I need the new version through UnityHub. The issue is that UnityHub cancels the installation progress whenever I lose connection instead of pausing it like the installer. I was wondering if there were a way to simply update the pre-exiting software or download an installer instead of using UnityHub to circumvent this problem.
