When can we expect updating Unity Mono version ?

Unity is using Mono 5.11.0 version. Even Unity 2019.3.0a2 is using t$$anonymous$$s version of Mono. T$$anonymous$$s version pretty out of date - about one year, if I understand all correctly. Current Mono version is 5.20.0. Problem is that Mono fully supports COM Interop in Windows now. And the old version does not. Due to t$$anonymous$$s, editor crushes when I am trying to use COM Interop in my editor scripts.

So, it`s a quite important question for me:

When the Mono runtime version used in Unity editor will be updated?
