Augmented Reality Timed Activation

I'm working on creating an application that uses image based AR tracking.

The idea would be that it's based on a scavenger hunt. However, halfway through that day, I'd need the content being showcased on one of the targets to change to something else.

Is there a way to change the content of the AR targets based on the time of day as well as the date?
