Make character look in the same direction as player

Hi all. I don't really know how to properly describe this question but I'll do the best I can. I have a player (which is a sphere). It moves using this code.

 float moveHor = Input.GetAxis("Horizontal");
         float moveVer = Input.GetAxis("Vertical");
 
         Vector3 movement = new Vector3(moveHor, 0.0f, moveVer);
 
         rb.AddForce(movement * speed);

This code is in the Update() function. I also have an NPC that is slightly to the side of the player. The NPC currently moves with the player and in the exact same position next to the player. However, the NPC does not look the way the player is going. You can see from this video.

How would I possibly get the NPC to look the same way the player is going. As the NPC is not a sphere, I cannot simply copy the code that I use to rotate the player.

Any help with this would be great, thank you!
