Question by Ghosty · Sep 07, 2011 at 04:09 AM · mouseclickfocusfirefox

Mouse click causes Unity app to go in and out of focus?

I have never been able to successfully play a unity game. I use FF.

Every time I load up a unity game, it starts off out of focus (not visually; just not active in the browser, similar to how you have to click into flash games). When I click on the game to get back into focus, it automatically goes right back out. SOMETIMES I can press an in-game button if I click rapidly a few dozen times. But this is ridiculous. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? I really want to play a unity game in my life at least once.

Besides this looking like a 'support' question rather than an 'unity answers' question, I fear that you might have system issues.

For stupid that this might seem: try using a different system to understand if you're experiencing the same issues. My idea is that your system is unstable/ compromised/ malware zombified, since I never experienced what you describe (using windows xp and firefox, by the way)
