Cant Add Script to Obejct

Hello Guys,

the problem is so simple and I expect it to be a bug or something.

I simply want to put a C# script file for player movement on to my player object. If I do so he tells me the "script class can not be found". The name of the class inside VisualStudio and script file are identical (I tried renaming it, making everything new, restart unity etc.) so I really dont know what causes a problem here? The Script does contain a compiler error but there should be no problem in adding it anyways right?

Any Solutions for this? Thanks a lot in advance.

you need to fix the error. or it does not compile as you mentioned, and if it does not compile the editor does not know what to do with it. like it wont recocnize that it’s a monobehaviour script.. so if you fix the error it should work
