Google Play Store File To Big -Android export

I've spend hours looking and trying and keep failing. How can I export my game so that google play store allows it, right now google play says file is too big and to use Android Studio to compress.. I search android how to do this but its too crazy.. is there an easier way that I can do this? Prefab? Or store asset, free or not. I can plat my game on my mobile, I just can't get the store to accept the file size (50m) of the APK file. Thanks in advanced and may you have a prosperous future!
