How to remove the water fuzz

Im trying to put some dynamic water into my scene, and for the most part it works, but I get weird junk around the corners of it where it looks like its going through the terrain mesh partially and its all jagged and ugly. is there a way to fix this without modifying the terrain?

Could you post an image of what you're talking about? Your description isn't really helpful.

I'm also having this problem, if i look down at the terrain from a high altitude it goes really fuzzy round the edges. Je voudrais de l'asistance si vous plait.

Probably zbuffer precision problems..try increasing the camera near clip plane and decreasing the far clip plane as much as possible.

This didnt fix it, I lowered the terrain and even when the water is perpendicular to the terrain it still looks bad.
