Unity is not opening

Question

When I open the program either from the hub or regularly a window pops up saying that this path might be blocked by the antivirus and I tried to change the path but the same message kept showing but with the new path then I deleted the antivirus but it changed nothing please I need help or answer very quickly.

This happened to me once, when I first installed unity hub. I deleted all of the files form the unity hub, and redownloaded them and it worked.

Thank you for replying ,but i already tried to do this and unfortunitly it did not worked.
