array of tranforms to move the FPS to the position according to the index

Hi, I am trying to make my fps player move to multiple positions using the "vector3.moveTowards()" function, so i made an array of tranforms and speeds, i am trying to make him move to the first transform in the array using the speed of the same index, then when he arrives he moves on to the next transform and uses the new index's speed, and all the speeds obviously multiplied by Time.deltaTime, but my player always gets stuck between the last position and the one before that. ASAP help would be appriciated.thanks in advance!

Here is the code:

 }
 void Update()
 {

         transform.position = Vector3.MoveTowards(transform.position, targets[T].target.position, step);

         float distance = Vector3.Distance(transform.position, targets[T].target.position);

         if (distance < 0.3)
         {
             Debug.Log("arrived at: " + targets[T] + T);
             T++;

             transform.position = Vector3.MoveTowards(transform.position, targets[T].target.position, step);
         }
     }
     
 }

}
