Why is my apk detected as a malicious file ?

I'm currently working on a small android game, everyt$$anonymous$$ng was good and working fine until I added google play games services. I have implemented the google play authentication and the leader-board functions in my game, these services are working completely fine and the game also works fine. But the apk is detected as a Malicious or harmful file in avast security and after installing it is detected as a malicious software.


It does not detect as a malicious or harmful file or software when the google play services authentication code is not functional.


I have published the game on the play store as an open beta as of right now but the problem still exists. I have tried to search for the problem but was not able to find anyt$$anonymous$$ng similar to t$$anonymous$$s. I'm using Unity 2019.2.9f1, if it matters.


If anyone knows what might be causing t$$anonymous$$s please let me know.

Here's my code for authenticating (t$$anonymous$$s works fine and authenticates the user) :
