Single Pass Instanced - Hololens shader help

I'm trying to modify my shader to fit the Hololens single pass instanced mode. I managed to get this to work, but I have a problem with the visualization of the two renderings that, being practically the same, are not aligned to the eyes. I would like to know if it is possible to adjust the rendering of the right eye (as the rendering of the left eye is correct) by setting the correct bias and the correct scale.
