How to draw webcam stream in background

I am a C# developer and am really new to Unity. I am exploring it as an option for some augmented reality type apps that I want to build. I can get the live video feed from an Xbox Kinect in the form of 32 bit bgr(x) format byte array. I would like to render this in real time behind the regularly rendered 3d unity content.

How can I accomplish this?

Note: The Kinect is connected to my PC, and I don't have any need to target any platforms other than a PC at this point.
