Making everything black and white except for certain obects?

I basically want to make only certain objects in color for a period during runtime. How could I go about doing this? I'm making a 3d game for mobile so it has to be performant. Thanks!

The best way to do it for mobile is either making a visual graphic shader that change color of gameobject on given parameters (lwrp) , or change all gameobjects material main color via C# script https://docs.unity3d.com/ScriptReference/Material.SetColor.html.

Or lastly u can use Camera post-processing effect by changing color overlay to a specific layer to white while ignoring the wanted black colored objects from the effect via layers However I don’t recommend using Post processing since it’s not very performant for mobiles.
