Unity Reflect trouble shooting help

I am trying to launch Unity reflect 0.4 from Revit 2020 under the Autodesk - Make Anything Organization, and get these errors - can anyone advise what these mean, and how to troubleshoot them please?

@Airman12 yes - it should be. I work for autodesk and we are a unity partner. I cant seem to adjust any settings in the unity screen interfacealt text

@smac01 are you on the same network you used when setting up everything? I think I've seen this error before and the issue was that I was using the wrong WIFI.
