Gaps between tiles near light

Hi guys as you can see on the video (sorry for capturing it on mobile but i currently dont have an app to record videos and i just wanted to record it really quickly) small annoying gaps appear between the tiles as i approach the light closer.. I also attached images with the light settings and tilemap settings.. I have tried a few fixes from some forum threads but none of them worked for me so far.. any help? :)
