Game Slowdown on sceneload

my code (https://pastebin.com/DkaLA0xK) works fine but when i press the play button (yes i connected the function) the scene loads but the game is then very slow (the game is for windows and linux) here a link with the menu: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2kfUeX72LP0&feature=youtu.be here one without the menu: https://youtu.be/2-p9OScX2Lg you can cleary see a difference
