blinking On Resume in android Unity

Now Problem is When I Pause and after resume my unity game in android that a time appear black screen for 2 - 3 second i will search on google but does not get any solution about it.

i used plugin my game is

1. Easy Mobile Notification

2. DoTweens
   

3. Admob Ads

4. Unity Ads
   

5. IAP
   

6. One Signal

• will try in two version but not solve
