Problem with roguelike 2D game tutorial

So every time I tried to open project I have this problem and reinstalling didn t help An error occurred while resolving packages: Project has invalid dependencies: com.unity.package-manager-ui: Package [com.unity.package-manager-ui@2.1.2] cannot be found But in manifest it looks like i got this file
