Unicode not working.

Hello first ! I come from Vietnam and I have some stuck with Unicode. As you can see in picture, I have character ' ấ ' and ' ạ ' but i can't type it in my inspector. when i try to type 'ấ' it show as ' ? ' symple. alt text

Please help me. I have trying search solution in goole but i dont find any solution for me. ! Thanks for your advice !
